Personally:

I’m a husband, father, brother, son, and friend. I got married on Juneteenth, 2020. ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾! My son was born in July of 2022. 👶🏽.

Big MCU head, I've watched all the movies and most of the shows. I’ve loved Spiderman since my youth. I also have big love for Black Panther and Thanos.

I love R and B, especially that 90’s era. I love to travel. That photo is from when my wife and I visited Ghana during the Year of the Return.

Sports: Lifelong Mets fan. Been a Michigan Wolverines fan since Charles Woodson. Allen Iverson was my favorite baller. LeBron is now. Became a Nets fan once they moved to BK. Recently dumped the Jets for the Ravens once they signed Lamar to that extension.

Retired sneakerhead. Jordans and LeBrons. Now I’m all about comfortable running shoes, lol.

Professionally:

I put my twist on therapy, engaging and connecting with people more than Eurocentric teachings suggest. I recognize that many Black and Brown folks need a different approach to therapy.

I specialize in trauma, masculinity (toxic or otherwise), fatherhood, men’s issues, race-related issues, anti-racism in the workspace, workplace/professional-based mental health, anxiety, and general relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers).
