I offer the following services for individuals:

A safe space for you to explore and express your emotions and thoughts and develop and work towards goals.
I only provide teletherapy at this time.

A chance for us to connect via video conference or over the phone. We’ll get to know each other a bit; you can ask questions and see if I’m a good fit for you.

Are you looking for a therapist but don’t want to do the “looking?” I’ll do the legwork of finding therapist options and present you with them. Book a consult, and we’ll talk.
Organizational Services
I work with organizations in these ways:

Facilitating customized psychoeducational workshops designed to increase mental health literacy, provide strategies and techniques for self-care and supporting the mental health of others, and provide instructions on how to find and use resources.
Workshops can be delivered virtually or in-person.

Strategizing with leadership to develop and strengthen policies and programming to support employee mental health, improve organizational culture, and foster a mental health-friendly workplace.
